Milano Music Lab & Records was founded in 2014 by Ilenya Smedile, performer, singer-songwriter and vocal coach. It grew from her own journey with music: a voice hidden for years, finally set free.
What she teaches, she has lived on stage.
What she shares, she still lives every day.
Her career spans concerts, recording projects, musical theatre and events in Italy and abroad. Today, that experience shapes the Milano Music Lab & Records method: practical training rooted in real work, artistic growth and personal attention.

Ilenya is the vocal coach everyone would love to work with. She brings out your strengths and helps them grow. She gives so much to her students and, through the concerts she organises every year, gives them the chance to perform on stage in front of a real audience.
